How to fix mod -

So I had this weird thing going on,
when I insert a new note, it became "mod -" instead of "mod 0" and it made the vocal kinda off, how to fix it?

Right click on the selected notes and go to Region Property (Note Property if you've only selected one note). You can then set the Modulation back to 0%.
