How to make a not-power voicebank shout ?

Hi again I'm very new to Utau so I don't know much about what it can do
I'm trying to make a voicebank sing a pretty intense song, but it's a very calm and melodious voice that sounds almost as if it were singing at low volume to not be heard or something (but it's not breathy nor whispery, it's not strictly a volume issue either it's just the voice in general feels very restrained), it's great for most melodious songs but for ones where the character's supposed to express intense emotion it kinda falls flat. However I like its voice a lot and I've searched everywhere there's no power version of that voicebank that doesn't sound like a whole other person. Is there a way to make it project its voice more through the use of plugins or resamplers or anything like that or can I do nothing with the voicebank I have ?

Moresampler has its tension feature, but you're mostly out of luck. As far as I know, there's no way to magically make a voicebank more powerful.

Which voicebank are you using? Also, in OpenUTAU there are tension expression you can use that usually makes the voice at least a bit more powerful.

moresampler has a bunch of tags (like tension and openess) that can help you out with that a bit, but the most difference that u can do editing vocals to make them sound more powerful is in mixing with EQing (here's a tutorial: https://utaforum.net/resources/mixing-tutorial-equalization.48/)

obviously there's just so much you can do so you might also want to consider just using a more powerful voicebank, since it's easier to soften out powerful vocals than doing the opposite

Thank you so much for the advice everyone
I'll try EQ !
I also tried getting Moresampler since I was working with the default resampler this whole time (whoops) but it's so slow :/ Like impossibly slow. I tried setting the wavtool to default and turning on resampler compatibility in the moresampler config file but it's still the same speed. It's the moresampler resampler itself that's slow. What's causing it ? Because like I know if it's supposed to be a better resampler I'm supposed to expect it to be slower but that's like three times as slow
