How to make Maiko scream long and beautifully?

Hello everyone! I am new here, I registered here just to find out the answer to a question. From here I learned a lot about the use of Hakaine Maiko, but still have questions (;; /△\)

How to make Maiko scream long and beautifully? I know one user almost everywhere recommended to use tn_fnps with W-1 flag, but then my Maiko sounds like an ambulance. I think I heard that you need to edit the oto.ini to make it sound better, but it didn't help (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠)

I also know that you can use TIPS, but I don't know with which flag, that's probably why at first maiko sounds normal, and then just disgusting. I saw a man using TIPS, And his maiko sounded just superb! I asked in the comments how exactly he uses TIPS, but there was no answer (⁠´⁠°ω°⁠｀⁠)

To my knowledge, there is none.
Maiko is best used in with flags like tn_fnds's W-1 flag or moresampler's u flag, which generates the notes on the original recorded pitch, which isn't all that high. Furthermore, she doesn't sound all that good with long notes due to her voice type and how utau stretches samples with most resamplers.
Ultimately, you'd be better off using other voicebanks if you want really want long and clean results. Yokune Ruko's male kire voicebank is a popular voicebank with similarly growly high notes that come off cleaner. Alternatively, you can use most voicebanks with Moresampler or a resampler with utaugrowl to make them growly as well.

I've never heard anyone advise to use her with tips, but the resampler only has 4 flags and none of them really seem all that good for her. No flags is probably the best way to go.

Part of the problem with Maiko is that her oto isn't the best; if any of her samples aren't stretching correctly, try editing her oto and see if that helps.

EDIT: sorry, you did address that in the main post; I missed it the first time I read it. For some specific advice with that, try to make the consonant parameter and the cutoff surround a more stable portion of the vowel and line up with the waveform.
