i need help i can't add Teto's VB in UTAU

i downloaded UTAU 3 days ago and downloaded Teto's CV(?) voicebank (when it got downloaded, it came out as a .zip file). when i searched how to add voicebanks in UTAU, I watched the instructions carefully. But it didn't work. when i remembered it was a .zip file, i slapped my head, knowing it had to be unzipped. So i downloaded 8 zip lite, and tried to unzip it. But that didn't work either. i tried to extract all, but an error popped up, saying "Compressed (zipped) Folder cannot create the specified directory. Make sure that the directory dosen't exist, and the path entered is valid.", i tried changing my locale to Japanese (Japan), restarted the pc, and did it again. the same thing happened. pls help.

Double check that you've installed UTAU correctly. If you need to redo these steps, make sure to completely uninstall and delete all UTAU files files first.

However, Kasane Teto is uniquely set up so that you can simply drag and drop the zip file into the UTAU window.
