Issue installing singers in openutau

I literally just made an account in hopes someone can answer my question

Hi, I'm super new too openutau (just downloaded yesterday) anytime I try to install a singer into openutau I get this error message. I saw someone online say you could drop it in as a zip file using winrar. Is there something i'm doing wrong? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Move your OpenUtau somewhere else that is not in Document

so i checked, it was in a seperate folder in my downloads. Is there anything else I could be doing wrong?

Your picture says that the folder is not in downloads though? "C:\Users\NAME\Documents\openoutau\Singers\Kumi Hitsuboku - English (Complete)\character.txt"
