It looks like MMD cannot find the model's textures. Did you move the model out of its main folder to somewhere else?
If you did move it, put it back and then load the model from its main folder instead and see if it works.
If you did not move the model, you may have to open it in PMD/PMX editor and see what is wrong.

Naturally, you must've placed the main models file away from its home.
I've made... 2? 3? models with textures and I can assure you, it's best if you let the model stay in the same folder as its textures, makes for easier sharing.
