Multipitch problems

So I installed Gahata Meiji (Please don't ask how i got her) and i have a UST but it won't play, It dosen't have any suffixes (Like C#4)
How do I make those suffixes in Utau-Synth (Not through suffix/prefix because i want to use all the pitches)

I know how to correctly oto a CV file, but that's pretty much it... Can someone teach me VCV, VC, and CVC? I have all four in my voicebank and I need help xDD Also, can someone teach me how to set the prefix map?

You can set up what pitch uses which prefix/suffix, but if the oto itself doesn't have any, then you may have to put them in yourself for it to work.
