My utau is silent :(

my utau, Emi Nagoya, is silent.
I used OREMO to make her oto.ini file bc i cannot make one myself, and so far it seems okay! all the sounds i've recorded have those little number thingies.

Her profile thing also doesn't show any image although i've tried to set one, her sample thingamajigs are not showing up, i've put an image i think.
and utau said smth like 'picture something' i cannot read the other characters bc i only know how to read hiragana and katakana.
can ssomeone help???

Ensure that your audio files are 44.1kHz mono 16 bit wav files. If you recorded the audio files through OREMO or RecStar they should've already been exported with the correct format.
