my utau sounds like tv static.

It could also be the recordings, because with extremely low-quality recordings, they can sound like TV static when using the wrong resampler. If you resize a note, does it still sound like TV static for all of the recording? If so, I can take a look at your OTO and try to fix it, or you may need to use a different resampler such as tips.exe or Moresampler.

Sometimes an utau can sound like pure static if it is not fitted to the ust properly from my experience. Do you know how to do so?
