My UTAUapp is different.. help?

Hello! I have a problem.
I'm a newbie when it comes to UTAU, so please bare with me.

In the past, whenever I tried to play a selected part with an UTAU, the command prompt with the upload list would come and then my UTAU would sing the song after the upload finished.

Nowadays, however, it loads like this and then crashes mid way, closing the app:



What am I doing wrong?

there's another problem.
whenever i click the reset + acpt + p2p3 + acpt sequence, the command prompt stop appearing after i click play.
is it related to something else?
