New Group Created - CSynth Development Team

Suzuki Hoshi has created a new group called CSynth Development Team.

CSynth is going to be a vocal synth similar to VOCALOID or DeepVocal. It will have 4-5 default voices, and you will be able to create your own through the devtool.
