sorry if this is a super obvious question, i just got started using openutau and am still trying to find my way (and i cannot word this question well enough for google to be useful)
i'm using Milk - English (EN Arpasinger phonemizer, TIPS resampler), and i'm reading her readme and it says there are "extra aliases" to add to notes for different effects--i'm interested in trying the vocal fry stuff
but i cannot for the life of me figure out how to actually implement these into my project! i figured out breaths, but the vocal fry is teasing me
i checked the voicebank's files, and the samples are there (like, there are ones marked with an underscore that have the vocal fry). i checked the oto.ini (not fully sure on what it does but i think this is where the aliases are stored) and it had the stuff like the R and the underscore
unless there is something that i actually need to edit or add myself, i think everything is good to go.
how do i implement the so-called alias into the notes and actually have it work?
if i were to input say,
kind of at a loss and again trying to google anything related has been difficult.... would love some assistance !!
(and again sorry if this has such an obvious fix, it's probably why i couldn't find anything online about it but i'm just slow )

if i were to input say,
_erA3
into a note then it wouldn't work since she'll ignore the _ and 3 and pronouce the A too. but i tried putting it in brackets like you would for phonetic hints (since that's how i got the breaths working) like [_erA3]
, but that just pulls up an error.kind of at a loss and again trying to google anything related has been difficult.... would love some assistance !!
