OPENUtau won't launch after changing to Beta and updating

ive been using openutau for well over a year now along with using utau's in general for that same time, and today i decided i wanted to try out using diffsinger! when i went to preferences and turned on "beta", i restarted openutau and was prompted to update, which i did. now it just... wont open. wont even show up in task manager, just completely stuck. i looked this up and found one other person with this problem but it was never solved. ive tried everything that was suggested that i feasibly could do with my rather limited computer knowledge but man it just wont open, and i even got an error when i attempted reinstalling it and successfully opened it once initially, but it broke upon trying to open it again. basically im kinda freaking out because this is like my main hobby and idk what i'll do without openutau in my life. hope someone can help!! < i started an account on here finally just to post this lol

heres a video kinda showing whats happening? its a bit hard to really visualize without making the video like 4 minutes long but it just . wont open at all. no warnings no nothing.

What OS do you use? Where is OU extracted on your computer? When you re-installed it, did you use the zip or.exe? I'm sensing an external factor. I'm seeing that "start backup" icon in the explorer location area, do you maybe use something like OneDrive?
bonus points if you know what version you were using before or still have the logs folder and a log .txt!

i reinstalled it all from scratch after realizing i missed that i put openutau itself in my desktop file and that seems to work! ty sm sm!!!!
