Plugins will not show on Tools>Plug-Ins

Hi, I'm new to UTAU and I would like to know why my plugins will not show up. This has happened with my Pitch Editor, Romaji to Hiragana, etc. For example, I extracted my pitch editor and placed it into the UTAU plugins folder. Same with all the rest. And when I went into plugins on my UTAU, they would not show up. I've tried watching every tutorial on Youtube I can but none of them seems to solve my problem.

Plugins won't show! I downloaded Romaji to Hiragana plugin for utauloid, and it will show up on Tools>Plug-Ins, but won't make noise. The sample still makes noise. I'm using Defoko if that helps any.

From where I downloaded it, it did have the whole entire folder. Again, I extracted it and moved it to Plugins.
