Plus side of Dropbox/Skydrive/Ownserver is all three allow you to update your voicebank download while maintaining your old URL, thus keeping all the links to your content up to date.

I use mediafire simply because I can track how many people have downloaded my things hahhh

I use dropbox because it's so simple to use from my phone, especially the app~ I only have one voicebank on 4shared and that's because of it not holidaying anywhere else.

I'm actually switching over to MEGA. It's nice from what I can tell so far. Downloading from it is nice and easy. Free members get about 50 GB of free space and it also is able to let me upload huge voicebanks. The only downside I've seen so far are the long download links.

It's better than dealing with 4shared only letting members download with wait time, Axfc's porn ads, and Mediafire's file size limit.
