Resampler.exe is not compatible with this version of Windows

So i was using UTAU one day, and when i went to render, i got this message in the cmd:

This version of C:\Program Files (x86)\UTAU\resampler.exe is not compatible with
the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information
to see whether you need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program,
and then contact the software publisher.

I think it's telling me i need a different version of the resampler, probably 64bit, but it doesn't make sense, It just started doing this out of the blue. I didn't change anything, and it DID work before, so i don't know what it wants me to do. It works with both fresamp and TIPS, so it's not a problem with my voicebank, UST, local, Or UTAU itself. It just won't work with resampler.exe.

I am running Windows7 64bit, which supports both 32bit and 64bit programs. I tried running UTAU as administrator, and changing it's compatibility mode. I tried setting the resampler to run as administrator, and changing its compatibility mode. But neither of those worked. So i really don't know what to do about all this. Can anybody help? Yea, I already tried that, as i already said. Any other ideas? I'd really like to get the resampler working again!

There really isn't any reason that I can think of for it to do that. You should also try reinstalling UTAU.

I would say that you're trying to run a 64 bit resamper on 32 bit windows, but seeing that you are using 64 bit windows that's not the case. I can only suggest reinstalling utau.

The problem with that statement is that there are no 64 bit samplers.

Pretty much gotta hit it with a hammer until it works.

I totally agree. Just make sure you make a backup! lol

Thank you! I reinstalled it and it started working! *cries tears of joy* I can't believe i didn't think of doing that! Oh and PS, my Defoko also started working for some reason (she never did work) Thanks for the help!
