Resampler TIPS for Maiko???

Does anyone know how to use TIPS for Maiko?
I came across this video and one commenter asked what resampler the author uses, he replied "TIPS" but there were no details, I asked him to tell me more, but I still haven't received an answer (probably because the comment was published 5 years ago, and I asked only now lol..)
I downloaded TIPS myself and tried it with Maiko, but the sound was disgusting
Sooo, maybe someone knows the answer to my question?

I would recommend using tn_fnds instead, with the flag W-1. If the looping sounds odd for long notes, you can edit the OTO for that sample (the fixed region and cutoff parameters) so that the white looping region is more stable.
