Resampler/VCV problem :B

so, like, when i want to play some things like "i byo" or "a ka" with resampler.dll it's all ok
but when i want to use TIPS or Freesamp it sounds like "iiiiiiii" or "aaaaa"

Help ...anyone? :CCCCCCC

Need more info.

Have you always had this problem? Are you in JP locale? Windows XP, 7 or 8? Have you cleared/fit the UST? Made sure your decimal point is "." instead of "," in regional settings? Does it do the same thing with resampler.exe?

yes, i've cleared the ust
when i use resampler.exe it sounds good
and yes i've checked and the decimal point is "."

Bizzare. It kind of sounds like TIPS isn't reading the oto for VCV samples.

But why, and how to fix it... may I see the oto config for one of the samples? Also, does it do this with other VCV banks?

well i have tried TIPS with QUROE_VCV , Namine ritsu Kire and Yorune mimi and i have the same trouble (yes i have cleaned the ust each time when using a different utau *sorry for bad english* )

Oto looks great, good job. A shame TIPS won't work with it... I wonder what's happening?
My TIPS works fine with VCV and we appear to have the same computer setup, so I don't quite have a solution for you, I'm afraid. You downloaded TIPS from the official site?
