Teto Sakebi VB Help?

So, I downloaded Teto's SAKEBI VB and placed it in the voice folder, but it just won't sing. Even when I click 'sample' I just get the Windows noise (if that makes sense?). I've tried VCV and CV and gotten the bank from the official website--I just don't know what I'm doing wrong. Thank you for any help!!

Nevermind! Resolved. Needed to add the up arrow thing :annoyed:
