Tyaroemon voicebank download?

Hey all!

I found a few songs using Tyaroemon the other day and really wanted to try out their voicebank. However, the only download links I've found are the MediaFire/Dropbox ones on UTAU Wiki (http://utau.wiki/utau:tyaroemon) The link to their official website seems to be broken unfortunately ;.; I was wondering if those download links on UTAU Wiki are approved/safe to use?
