ust wont let me genderbend? [SOLVED]

okay my utau is a male and i always genderbend him to a female with g-30 when i use a ust i could ussualy just pop that into the render settings but i found one ust online and even though i put in g-30 it wont do anything but the regular voice no matter what i set the render settings to and its just for this particular ust anyone know how i can fix this?

Select all the notes, right click, select region property and put whatever you want in the flags box.
The ust you're using might have flags inputted there rather than the project property rendering options box.
