UTAU audio/singing playback error? It sounds like gibberish :'D

Can someone help me solve this problem??
Ever since I got my laptop back from a service center a few months ago, my utau sounds like gibberish :'DDD
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program like 10 times,,,

I don't know what else to do :'<<< I've tried different voicebanks and different usts, it still sounds like that.
And it's not a preutterance /overlap/other note properties problem, because the ust sounds just fine in my other PC
