Updated the directory with new voices I've found on the UTAU wiki today. I'm sure I don't have them all but I feel I added a pretty substantial amount, so feel free to take a peek at the list if you'd like. I know keeping this directory may be a bit redundant as the UTAU wiki has voicebanks tagged VCCV, but not all of those voicebanks have a released bank or even any sort of progress update. This thread ensures downloadable VCCV voices!
Also, a new thing I thought of adding is bank-specific terms of service. I'd prefer this to be on a website page or separate URL so that I can simply link to it next to the download link (you'll see examples of this if you go through the directory now). I will also be going back and looking for any terms of service for banks all the banks, not just the ones I've added today, so expect more updates on that.

[(a suggestion, you should add Viki Hopper! She has two voicebanks that you can find in the Seiun Virtual Idols website, seiun.co. The first one is named ENG (2016) and the last one is named Lo-Fi.
And there's AIDA too, made by Violin (Iris).]
I went ahead and added Viki Hopper. I also tried looking for AIDA, but googling them brings up several UTAU with the name.
I'm pretty sure Delphic was talking about this Aida! ^^
