Hi, so today i wanted to change the colors of UTAU using UTAU Colors. but for some reason this appears whenever i try to save the setting,ini file????

UTAU wont display new colors when setting.ini file is changed

UPDATE: I managed to give myself the perms to change the file, but it still isnt applied when i open utau. 
Move the entire UTAU folder somewhere outside of Program Files, like Documents.
