utau won't sing certain notes

Hi! I'm new to utau and I've been having fun making covers but sometimes I run into a problem where my utau won't sing certain notes. My locale is set to Japanese, I've reset the envelope several times, I cleared the preutterance and overlap, and the ust is in the correct format but nothing works. I'm using Gahata Meiji btw.

Which notes aren't being sung? Do you have an example project that you can share? You can record a video of your screen with OBS.
