Where are you downloading it from? I have NIAOniao and never had issues with a virus.

Sadly as we speak, the english version has been ice boxed (meaning put away or just saving it for later) As of now we only have the Chinese Version out

You need to check the voicebank files to see if it has the name of the sound you want, every voice bank seems to actually been built differently, not all are the same, they are differently made.
I think this has nothing to do with how the antovirus work, but tjis site "pan.baidu" is a chinese storage site that is home for many pirates and cracks. Maybe it is just a big coincidence...XD
What Mougeki Meor said is absolutely correct, but concidering Google, they even count simple mp3 files as a virus and when I run my anti virus scan, I get nothing, and I still get nothing wrong from them to this day, but it's best to be safe, but getting NIAONiao from the Account DSound is more than safe, and shouldn't be a problem
