Voicebank Issue(+ Any issue I'm not aware about..) - Got fixed!

I've just downloaded UTAU and went to check out the voicebanks, but it didn't show the files, sizes, or anything from the default(Defoko). I'm not sure if I've installed the application wrong or something- it might be because I followed a tutorial that was 8 years ago. Please help!!!

You locale isn't set to Japan, and so the program isn't functioning correctly
Also, don't worry, utau hasn't been updated in 12. (except for a minor security patch)

Is there an "additional date, time, and regional settings" menu in your region settings anywhere? Click that, then Region, then administrative, then change system locale
