waitlock during wav render

Whenever I try to render my ust into audio, the program just goes into wait-lock. I tried uninstalling and installing UTAU back, but there's still the same problem. I don't know what to do.

By wait-lock do you mean cmd jut stopping?

The cmd.exe would just have the words like wait-lock: IO_ waiting (#), and the numbers would increase indefinitely. It would just occur sporadically, but I want to get rid of the problem for good.

Are you using moresampler? Moresampler will wait lock if the audio device is being monopolized by another program. DAWs will often do this so they have more audio power. If your DAW is open, try closing it, restarting UTAU, and try again.
