Whenever I try to access a link to any bowl roll download, it says the page is not available. Whenever I try to access the site directly, the downloads won't load at all. What happened to the website? Are the downloads gone for good?

I just went to check the site but I haven't experienced the issues you describe so it seems to be something on your end that's causing the problem. Maybe your antivirus blocks the site? I'm not really a tech wiz or anything but I had similar issues accesing certain websites in the past and whenever I went to ask advice troubleshooting nine times out of ten they said my antivirus must be the culprit which is usually what ended up being the case.
