There honestly aren't a lot of vocaloid songs that I find disturbing (probably because the more disturbing ones were how I was introduced to vocaloid) but Secrets of Wysteria and Tarantula are some I've always found creepy. A lot of the songs that are listed on here I don't find that creepy (I guess I'm either really numb to it or just that twisted) but most are pretty interesting.

At first I didn't think most of the creepy/dark vocaloid were songs scary until I stumbled upon Okaasan by machigeritaP. Kinda sends chills down my spine. There's also a remade one that has a subliminal message to it.
