Where to download Matsudappoiyo's VCV bank?

Hey guys-- I know this question has been asked once already, however my situation is a bit different. ^^;
I've been scouring the internet for any source of download for Matsudappoiyo's VCV banks (mostly his appends), but the links on the UTAU wiki to axfc uploader are broken. I rejoiced when I found out there was his and Matsudappoine's website I could download them from, but... there's a problem loading the page every time, no matter what location on the site the link goes to.
When I open the site, it loads for a couple of seconds until I get this:

Is it just me? I really want his VCV append banks... "orz
