Why does the lyrics shows "?" instead of letters/characters?

I'm new to the UTAU community and i'm wondering why i can't see the lyrics + the default utau doesn't sing them while i set the japanese keyboard on

Because you didn't change your region correctly. Is there an "additional date, time, and regional settings" menu in your region settings anywhere? Click that, then region, then administrative, then change system locale.

look through the oto. If it's Romaji aliased put the note names in romaji. if it's VCV aliased put a prefix (e.g: - か or a お).

If it's hiragana CV or CVVC, write a hiragana. No suffix.

It's the default voice bank of UTAU, is it CV or CVC? i'm sorry i really don't know anything i just got started yesterday
I have a japanese keyboard installed but i don't know which alphabet it's typing-

The default is cv. I don't think cvc exists. Can you send an image of the notes you're trying to play?

i meant VCV i typed this too fast- but yeah sure ! it's just random letters and i just clicked around simply trying to make it says something

there is no sound when i play it, by the way when i click on the "sample" buttons i do not get nothing at all too

okay i think i do know what's happening, my files aren't supposed to look like this are they ?

Nope. Maybe try reinstalling the program now that you have the advanced settings changed.
