Why won't Cadencii let me open USTs?

I was having this problem a while ago, when I first got Cadencii, but stopped using it for a while. Now I don't remember how I solved it. I tried importing and opening the usts but nothing worked. Can someone help me?Thanks

Ok I figured out that CV USTs work but not VCVs. Is there any way to get them to work?

Well that explains why I can't open USTs in Cadencii. But I actually downloaded it to convert VSQXs to VSQs. For that, it just throws an error saying the VSQX is invalid. Anyone know of another way of converting VSQXs to VSQ?
