I opened a japanese UST file but UTAU does this with it.



If I go to change the lyrics on a note it will show japanese but because it looks like this it will be silent. That's why I made an UTAU voicebank that's romanized, and voicebanks that are not romanized won't work.

You need to add the Japanese lang pack and change the locale to Japan.

Like WinterSing said, you’ll need to uninstall utau and change your locale to get it to work. Here are instructions for windows 10. You might also need to redownload any voicebanks you have downloaded.

I only had defoko and my utau Shine Igon but I might get teto and I already have tons of voicebanks in openutau

I changed Shine Igon to hiragana instead of romaji
