TIPS Resampler Not Working (Won't Play and Glitched Samples)

So, I've heard all these good things about TIPS and I tried to use it but it never seems to work out for me
When I use TIPS one of two things happen.
1-Nothing plays. Not even a glitched sample, nothing.

2-Whatever the hell this is.
Example : Here


I don't know if it's the computer, the files themselves or just me being dumb. Please help ;-;

If the sample is too short or the song is too short, TIPS won't work or it sounds weird, if it has the "!" above the note, then click on it or either clear the preutterance and overlap, or try reinstalling TIPS.

Could be that the oto.ini wasn't configured with looping resamplers in mind. Looping resamplers, like TIPS, loop the white area of the oto on long notes rather than strech them.
To check if this is the issue simply open up the oto window of the affected notes (selecting the note and hit ctrl + g). If the pink area doesnt cover the consonant properly then drag it to a stable point of the vowel.
