I'm not very knowledgeable, but Deepvocal uses the CVVC format, which is easy to configure. Here's some information about its configuration. There's also a plugin to convert an OTO ini to a dvcfg.
(I recommend not creating an OTO CVVC with Moresampler; Moresampler sucks at CVVC.)

Oh, and if your voicebank is monopitch, it is not recommended, since Deepvocal has some difficulty synthesizing monopitch.

i watched the tutorial once and didn't understand any of it. Also, I think I have a CVVC bank and I can TRY to oto it but honestly i'm pretty bad at otoing.
I will only be doing monopitch atm because I can't make a multipitch CVVC in <30 minutes and I feel like I'm on a time crunch

The cvvc is quite fast if you use an 8-mora reclist.
