Can't move preutterance in Setparam

Hello!
So currently I'm working on VCV Japanese and VCCV English. And I have a little problem with the oto/setparam ^^'
I know how to do it, but I cannot move the preutterance, overlap, ... actually I can't move anything in Setparam except to the start of the recording. Setparam is necessary though, I WON'T do all that oto-stuff in utau... /D
I did everything what Cz said in her tutorial.
Could someone help me? ;-;
