Updated voicebank!

Beta power bank release (things will change later)
old voice bank removed due to it sounding meh

New Vb still has issues but I will fix it on the next update

so... Hanabi Rinzoku is a KIRE/Powerscale voicebank from what i hear (unless he's not multipitch, then nvm)
