Hiragana to Romaji converter not working

so I have the latest UTAU software installed along with romakanaswitch and use the plugin it won't translate nor properly translate it. just starting to get into utau and this is slightly frustrating I've even looked for tips and tutorials for my problem and I have no solution especially since I'm a visual learner written guides are my nightmare some of the guides aren't full through and my A.D.D. brain needs a visual because its big dummy stupid (no im not harassing myself its the best way to simplify A.D.D. when learning something that is newly complex)

Double check that you've installed UTAU correctly. You might have problems running plugins, etc. if everything is still in Program Files and hasn't been moved to another folder.

Once you're able to run the plugin, it looks like for this UST you will first need to convert VCV to CV, and then Hiragana to Romaji. You can do VCV to CV without a plugin, using Tools > Built in tools > Suffix Broker, and checking the Remove Prefix box.
