How can I create another voice for my other utau?

This is not the first time I've done utau but it is my first time on forums, I was exploring the bowlroll website and I saw many creators doing several and several utaus and I can't help but mention the second time I tried to create another one but you could tell it was the same person. Honestly I don't know how good they are at creating different types of voices or if they call acquaintances to record. I wanted to create another one but I don't have anyone so I would like to know how they manage to abruptly change their voices when recording? I only know how to do 3 voices and it still hurts my throat and as I said up there you can still tell it's the same person..
For those who still don't understand, see an example of "KUZUTOKAZE"

It's fine to not have a very flexible voice- not everyone can be Ado or Chogakusei, but you can always search up voice acting tutorials.

KUZUTOKAZE is a circle of creators with many different voice providers, all managed by one person. I'm pretty sure the person running it only voices for Kazehiki, not all six of their UTAU.

This is false. All vocals in the project are voiced by one single person doing many different tones, and it's frankly very obvious. Kuzutokaze is also not a circle, it's just what Kurukuru Suuzi calls her line of vocals
