How to make a prefix map?

In all my years using UTAU I never actually knew how to do this I'm a loser :holy--:

But I'll be making a bank with more than one pitch soon, and I was wondering how prefix maps are made?

I direct you to this multipitch tutorial. I don't think it goes over the prefix map specifically, but I think that'll make sense if you understand how multipitch banks are organized & stuff.
