How to make OpenUtau phonemizer?

Hello. I want to make a phonemizer for my Hebrew CV-VC reclist, but I have no knowledge on how to make a phonemizer for OpenUtau. Could somebody teach me or give me a tutorial on how to? The only thing that I could figure out how to create was a .yaml file for the phonemizer.

If you intend to make an external phonemizer (eg. For single voicebank support, or non-standard reclists) then you can refer to the file structure of this fork. https://github.com/adlez27/OpenUtau

If you want your phonemizer to be built-in and available to all OpenUtau users by default, I recommend that the reclist should also be public. Ideally there should be the reclist, publicly available voicebanks, and resources like base oto.ini configuration and recording tutorials. This will make it easy for anyone else to make their own voicebank that can be 100% compatible with your new phonemizer.
