OpenUTAU English Phonemizer Gives Error

I tried to use Kasane Teto's EN voicebank in OpenUTAU. I wasn't sure which phoneme I should use, so I tried all of them. None of them worked. Some gave "error" as a phoneme or nothing at all. How do I fix that?

Teto's English voicebank is encoded in X-SAMPA, so use the English X-SAMPA phonemizer.

theres no x-sampa...
i reinstalled openutau and cleared everything about openutau in registry edit

In the stable versions it's still named EN DELTA. The beta versions contain more recent updates, where it's been renamed to EN X-SAMPA.

Got it. I'm using Windows 7. G2P phonemizers are not supported on Windows 7. Someone told me that in Github.
