So I created my own voicebank. I only did one word, just to test it out. The word was "understand". If I put the length for example to 240, then it won't sing the complete word. But if I make the note longer, like 960 then it sings well. What should I do to make it sing on shorter note fine?

It seems like you might not have configured the oto.ini yet. This is the file in a voicebank that specifies the timing for each audio file. Here are a couple resources that might help.
