It’s not reading some of my files

Whenever a file name has dakuten in them (the lines that look like quotation marks, or the circle that is in the symbols that start with p), UTAU doesn’t read them, so the files aren’t found, yet I have them. The default voice doesn’t have this problem yet my own voice bank does. I was editing my wav files in the Voice settings and when I got to “vu/ゔ” it had nothing in the voice editor. How do you fix this?

See? It’s all blank if you open it in editor.
I'm not sure what the issue is, but I think you might've written the names of those files wrong. Are the files with dakuten named the kana themselves (が, ゔ, etc.) or the base kana with an added dakuten as a separate character (が, ゔ, etc.)? If it's the latter, it might be causing problems with UTAU.

Ohhhhh that must be the problem! But the same problem goes with the other ones with dakuten like the ones with gs, bs, ps, etc
