Moresampler will render but wont play, please help

So I keep having the problem with moresample, it will render perfectly, but it will just not play any sound at all
Yes my vb is aliased for the UST it has Hiragana and Romaji, but it also happens to other banks to. it will render perfectly but it won't play at all
how can I fix this?
I tired using every moresample, 32 64 and legacy.
I have it on the folder where UTAU is installed, and I have it in a folder withing the UTAU folder name Moresampler,
please help me, it used to work back then​

make sure your cache is enabled and such.
