Oremo reclist won't load properly

Okay so i've used oremo a few times before and decided to make my own reclist (just the base one oremo has with a few extra sounds) When i try to load it in it looks like this... Is there any way to fix this???? Also if anyone knows what it says or why it happens i'd like to know.

Your reclist uses the wrong encoding method! You need to change it to SHIFT-JIS (there should be an option when saving from Notepad)
