Regarding the macnes

So in school we're using garage band and I've heard that some of the macnes who Ive heard are also utaus would it be okay to put them into utau?

Nvm my school's copy of garage band doesn't have her

That's correct, the macne voicebanks are separately sold. They are not included with GarageBand.

It's perfectly fine to sell your own UTAU voicebanks. They're folders of audio files after all. You can also purchase audio sample packs for things like drums, musical instruments, and sound effects.
