Utau doesn't really uninstall

I decided to try utau for the first time, I downloaded some plugins but some of them wouldn't work, so I thought about deleting them and downloading again. But while the files were not there anymore, the software still displays them in the plugin bar. The same happened with voicebanks that were silent, I tried deleting to add again later, but they keep appearing anyway.
I tried uninstalling utau itself, but when i reinstall it, all the things that I excluded keep popping up even if they're not even in the trash bin anymore. I used an uninstaller program too but it didn't work either.

Is there a way to make it work? I feel like it's almost becoming a creepypasta and it'll be forever in my pc.

If you're on windows, try checking C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Roaming and deleting the UTAU folder from there if one exists.
