UTAU is still corrupted after setting the local to Japan

I tried installing UTAU multiple times, every time it's been corrupted. I don't seem to understand the problem exactly since i have the japanese local, and even re-installing the UTAU download multiple times. Can someone help?

You have to ensure UTAU is completely gone from your device before reinstalling it, and you may also have to reinstall all voicebanks too.
Did you change the language or the locale? The system locale is a more difficult setting to locate.

I had some instances of UTAU left, but when i deleted them and reinstalled utau it's still corrupted, and yes i changed the locale, not language

Are you sure you changed the system locale for certain? Like in the additional date time and region settings on your pc?

Dobble checked and the locale is in japan
